Multiple Wordpress demos

Hi guys,
How do you do multiple Wordpress demos? I mean if I want to make a Wordpress theme but with multiple version, same install, same database, but different css file or settings. Is it possible to do it without another WP install? Is it possible to have several customiser settings on same WP install but different pages? Is there any plugin for that or other solution?
