Multiple Tax Options Ultimate Membership Pro

Hi
I am setting up Ultimate Membership Pro and have not been able to find a way to add a second tax option. In Canada we are subject to 2 taxes, 5% GST & 7% GST. In the settings, one tax can be shown but I cant get the second one to add.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to recommend for any technical query about Item functionality the best choice will be contact Item Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased Item Author, Item author will be happy to answer your query.
