Hi. I think your customer comes from U.S. so they are withholding a tax of 30% additional to the envato fees, in your case 50%.

It’s a tab in ‘Settings’. If you don’t provide this information, you are treated like an US based person and have to pay the additional taxes for every sale.

You should have received another payment as “item support” In total, it should be around 50$

One other thing, if you have changed the settings from “Non-Exclusive” to “Exclusive” recently, I believe it takes around 30-45 days to change the payment method. It doesn’t take affect directly.
