Mistaken purchase (Annual instead of Monthly subscription) - refund needed

I mistakenly subscribed to 12 month, instead of 1 month, taking the advantage of black friday.
I correctd my mistake in half one hour, and sent a mail to you,
But 4 days no answer.
I am asking you to subscribe only one month. and send back to my remaining credit to my account.
144 US$ is a big money in my country, and have 4 children, and is debalancing my monthly budget.
