Since 2017 I have purchased 5 copies of YellowPencil. They all showed on my downloads page as of a couple of days ago. I purchased another copy on Dec 23 and when it was installed it wouldn’t accept the license. Now they are all missing from the downloads screen. How do I get them back? I particularly need the recent one so I can use it. Help!
