menu bar of the Beluga template disappears on mobile device

In the Beluga joomla template the menu bar disappears on mobile devices.
The expected hamburger menu with the three horizontal stripes is not shown.

I selected the position “menu” for the “main menu” module. The “viewport meta tag” and “Bootstrap” are turned on in the template. Joomla version 3.9.16 php 7.3.15

How can i solve the issue.
