Mega Menu in Fastor w/OpenCart 3 Twig

I having some problems locating the Mega Menu ‘Categories’ drop down box. I’ve found the Mega Menu Links to edit sub items but I don’t see where the primary items are located (ex. Men, Women, Accessories, Lookbook, etc. I also found where to edit the horizontal Mega Menu next to the drop down box but the ‘Categories’ drop down menu items are not located there.

I have Fastor w/OpenCart 3 Twig.

Any help would be appreciated!
