Just as advice - I think you are going to have to move fairly significantly to interest any serious or reputable developers.

You should also make clear if there are any withholding consideration for example what impact is there if your account doesn’t have a treaty and has to pay taxes, but the developer shouldn’t is based somewhere that means they shouldn’t face that issue??
