Looking for Video Text Effect

Hi, I’m new to all this so sorry for the novice question. I’m looking for the element that will create text animations next to the presenter as seen here. I assume it’s like a lower third but just higher up on the screen? What should I search for to find examples & styles of this?

Basically it’s “minimal titles”. There are hundreds of similar projects:

as secondfalseiteration said those are titles and you can put them in any position on the video up or down.
