That’s not a template it’s custom designed.

If you have access to a decent designer and are willing to invest the time needed then you can probably create something similar using one of the famous multi purpose themes

thanks for the response. Could you recomend us any template? i would prefer worpress based but any recomendation would be grate!

You should look through items in the relevant category and see if you can find some features which help short cut the process but any theme by @greatives or @fuelthemes will be outstanding quality.
