I have tried and wasted so many hours and I cant get it to work. I am looking to pay someone to help me set it up and explain what certain things are to me through skype . I am new to this. So How much for an hour of help ?

Please make sure you can help me make it work on Windows (NOT MAC) , have experience with MAMP PRO, and experience with PHP Storm and can help explain what certain features are to me on MAMP PRO and PHP Storm.
