I’m wondering how do authors customize and have their own profile page professionally with the images, etc? Curious to know how its done, rates, etc? Thanks in advance!

You can use HTML to customize your profile page.
First of all you need to resize your images at 590 pixel wide.
Upload your images on http://imgur.com
Edit this HTML code using any text editor software

Your code should look like this for a single image with link.

Go to your dashboard page and click on Settings Tab.
Paste your HTML code into your Profile Text area and save your profile.
