Looking for booking plugin (first case)

Hi!

I’m looking for a booking plugin where I can add days with time slots where I’m available for customers to book me.
The plugin must allow irregularity. Some week there might be a couple of days with different times per day and another week looks different.

I prefer a one time cost with life time updates.
