Im looking for a wordpress or html template with the following requirements.

Have you tried to search the template on themeforest: https://themeforest.net/search/vacation
Your example link is now under the construction. You can use a WordPress theme with visual builder to make your ideas easier.
In the bridge template you have at least 2 related with vacation rentals.
I finally decided this one, that is quite simple:
