The process:
If you no have aprooved PSD on themeforest:

  1. You offer subject of theme.
  2. How many and which pages are in the theme?
  3. You start design and upload PSD to themeforest.

If you have aprooved PSD or HTML template:

  1. Send me link.
  2. We start developing.
  3. If TF review team ask improve the design. You do it.
  4. WP theme aprooved on TF. And start selling.
  5. You get % from each sale

In review TF sometime say somthig like “Unfortunately ‘WordPress’ has higher standards in terms of aesthetics. An approved design in other categories does not guarantee an approval under ThemeForest’s WordPress category. Your design has an interesting starting concept, but it needs significant improvements in terms of aesthetics and attention to details”. Or “Sorry to say, but this theme is not yet ready to be included in WordPress category. 1. Design elements are not consistent, theme uses more than one. You are must be ready for this and change your design until get aprove! For example in my theme i am totaly redesign 50% from first version.
