Anyone know where this is hidden? List import does not work and the author is non-responsive. At this point I’m considering a refund.
The author is replying quickly to item comments. When did you reach out to them?

Thank you for your reply. I hadn’t thought to look in the actual download but in referring to it, as I feared, there is no help about failed list imports. Anyone else have this problem; cannot import a list? My install says the list has been queued but nothing happens. I’ve created a list containing 1 row and only 3 columns (EMAIL, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME). There is not a comma in the data, and values do not have quotes. I’ve tried adding quotes but still no joy.
