Content scrolling on top like a layer.

This seems like a simple effect, does anyone know a theme that does this?

oakleafpartnership dot com, I don’t want to link to their website but just have a look at the home page please, the contents scroll and sometimes the concrete background is visible.

Try searching for “Parallax” - there area LOT of themes which use this effect so you might want to be more specific about the end use to get a better chance of finding something more suitable
