Hi!
I need to have in my Website a Portfolio that behave like this one:
(scroll down please till the portfolio of “Arizona”)

Notice that the Text and the brown-background are presents always, even without hovering over the pictures, and when hovering, the brown grows and cover the whole picture and the text flies to the center.

If someone knows which “Web Themes & Templates” I should buy from Envato-Market (html), I will really appreciate!

If your current website is in Wordpress CMS then there are many plugins available.

However based on your requirements still its not going to be an out of the box solution. You will need to have services of a developer to get it done as per requirements.
