I can’t login on my account anymore! How is that possible? Can you help me?

You can submit a ticket to Envato

Go to this url: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37840

  1. On Let’s get specific choose Your Account

  2. Then select “I can’t access my account”

  3. Then select “my account is locked”

Then complete the other fields. I’m sure that envato will help you with ease in this problem.
