Hi,

I purchased a theme for a customer and they would like access to the purchase through Envato but it is in my account. Can I transfer a purchase to another Envato account - if they make one?

No! you can’t transfer it but you can handover your account to him to use that product.
Otherwise he have to get in touch with you every time for purchase key, update, invoice, statement etc.
