I switched from using the STRATUS theme to using the7 theme both purchased from Envato themedforest. Now I’ve decided to go back to activate STRATUS but it asks for a purchase code which I paste from the original purchase and declines the activation.
I tried contacting STRATUS but they have a restriction set where I cannot contact them because my 6 months of support was over. Either way, this seems like a huge bug or a very shady way of creating more revenue for envato and their theme partners, I hope that’s not the case and would appreciate some help, as this is the second time this has happened.
