Hey guys, I have a valid Elements license, and I used a song that is in the elements library here: https://elements.envato.com/childrens-9Q73U4A
Despite submitting the license on YouTube, the author denied the license. I appealed, and again submitted the license, and STILL they denied it, and now I am facing a strike, and the video is to be deleted by YouTube in 4 days.
I have even written to the author inside the Envato site, with no response.
Anyone had this issue? Is there a way to get help? This author is an Elite author.
