Is there a possibility to change the language? I have it in German but would prefer English. Thanks.

I think you are talking about envato elements language.
please go to at very bottom of the page in right side after the social media icons there you will find a dropdown (in your case selected: Duetsch), to change language click on that dropdown and select your langauage for example: English.
You may need to clear cache & cookie then change the language to english.
