Check the documentation. There should be some information about importing the demo content.

I have looked through the documentation several times. Kriya : Importer Options | Support - DesignThemes. I have installed different themes. I have installed the OCDI plugin. User Guide - OCDI. There is only a demo content folder in kriya.zip, but no file for manual import.
