Key License #

These directions are to vague, can some one please tell me the link to go to and where to find the dropdown on UI that address License information:
To find your purchase code/license key:

Log into your account
Hover over your username and on the drop-down menu click ‘Downloads’
Next, to your item click the ‘Download’ button
On the drop-down menu select ‘License Certificate and purchase code’ in either .pdf format or .txt file.
Open the downloaded file, find the line that says Item Purchase Code and copy the string of characters after it.

BTW, do I need to have a License Key# and if so, why?

the license key using mainly two reason
1 for your CMS theme activation
2 for your item support
