I cannot find my license for a product purchased here

I cannot find my license for a product purchased here. It is The7 theme. I do not have a record of the purchase but I can see part of the license on the backend. When I try to reach out to the theme author for support they want the license # to enter a ticket. :slight_smile:

My current Envato account is not the one that was used to purchase. I do not have those credentials.

Hi

Envato purchase code is the key of License. So for getting the license key you should to collect your purchase code

If you don’t have credential for that account then there is no possibility to get back the purchase code but you can a try through Envato Customer Support

I don’t have the credentials to login to the account that is the “purchaser” – so I cannot get my purchase code. Is there another way to find my purchaser account? Can you look up by phone#, or address, or try an email that I have?
