Item under review disapeared

Hi Everyone i’m new here so please help me

I uploaded a project to codecanyon for review it was showing on the right side that it was under reviewing but after a day it just disapeard as if i didn’t upload it and i didn’t get any email to explain if either was reject or any other reason .

can somebody please tell what is going on ??

Hi

If you not received email, then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.

the problem i’m facing is like if i didn’t upload anything it says to upload my first item

you can try to upload again. Also if you interested you can Contact Author Support and let them know. Support Team will be happy to assist you. Thanks
