item rejected. help please!

Hello, my audiologo was hard rejected after 10 days in the queue. The email said that
“This item does not meet the general commercial quality standard required to be accepted on AudioJungle, unfortunately”.

and said this too:
“Additionally, please note that part of your submission was either incomplete or formatted incorrectly.”

can anyone tell me what i have to improve? or what did i submit wrong

Also, the file attributes (descriptions ) should not contain any information.
If I understood the reviewer’s comment correctly.

mp3 - 320 bit 44.1 kHz

If I’m wrong, you can tell me what was in the archive that you sent for review.
