Item Queued for Review - Submitted 23 days ago

Hi,

I submit an Item 23 days ago and this item now is displayed as “Queued for Review”. I don’t know if It’s normal for an item to be so long in the queue. 2 - 3 years ago I submitted an item and in max 5 day I received an answer from review team. Maybe now I done something wrong ? Sorry for my bad english.
