item has been rejected on themeforest

Hello,

I uploaded my second time item to ThemeForest and it was rejected.
Can you help me to find the problems to be able to improve my future uploades?
My item is a GraphicMode - HTML Template and you can see it in the following link

You design is too basic ugly typography, don’t spacing, very bad colors, too big typography, shadow see ugly, very messy design, etc you need learning more practice design final approved themeforest.
