Again rejected HTML Template on themeforest

I uploaded my third time item to ThemeForest and it was rejected.
Can you help me to find the problems to be able to improve my future uploades?
My item is a mind- HTML Template and you can see it in the following link

Sorry, your design is too basic bad style loading, too spacing, bad typography, etc but you need practice more more more.
