You will not be able to cancel one item to have a completely different one.

If you want to use an existing one on a new website having removed it from the the first then it may be possible to de register it

in case of wordpress theme you have to deregister the theme license first from the first website then you will be able to use the license for 2nd website. each website requires individual license. Thanks
