Is it regular license allow the theme in 2 shopify website(2 country web) of same brand/customer

i purchased Ella theme for one of my client and the license is regular, so now he need to copy this website for different country same website, it is a different shopify account. so regular license will work for this or i need to buy new one?

You need to get another copy.
One website = one license. Two website = two license
