I liked the menu on Dribble. I would like to use it in my theme with minor adjustments. Can I do this, or will Envato not accept my ttheme?
I don’t think it’d be a problem. IF you check the themes in specific category, most of them almost copy of others.

They are not that they copy each other, sometimes even hard to distinguish them (only my opinion is subjective).
It’s just copying someone else’s work outside of themеforest. And this is a very complex implementation. Therefore it will be insulting if in the future I will be given a red light. Thank you for your opinion!
My opinion, if you “get inspired” from Dribbble, it’d be fine
