Guys I have searched for the answer to this problem for quite a while now.
I need a smooth scrolling Ticker that can be populated by Posts/Custom Posts/RSS Feeds
I had bought one on CC for Visual composer and then when I moved my design framework to Elelmntor I bought another.
The problem is I need the scrolling animation like a News Channel but the animation skips at the best of times.
Some snippits I read here and there seem to say it is a design problem.
Anyone any ideas??
