we have recently submitted my first PSD landing page as trial our capability. We have got soft rejection for making clear description for template. after making it properly we have resubmitted 2nd time and got soft reject again. but this time it was tougher and they sent new suggestion as following:
THE CHANGES ARE NOT ENOUGH: Unfortunately, the changes are not enough and the previous review still stands. Please check your item carefully to make sure all reported issues were adequately addressed before resubmitting.

There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section. We have researched for all the suggestions and corrected accordingly. we have made significant changes.Then resubmitted again. after that we have received message saying that "
You have not changed anything
" which was confusing us… we have changed a lot of things based on their suggestions. Then we have focused again for typography and improved some more then resubmitted. for 3rd time. Unfortunatly in this time they have given us hard reject. saying only: “unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”
Now we are confusing… We have first received soft reject and we did everything they have suggested and received hard reject without proper explanation. If we don’t know our mistake, how can we correct it for next time? That is making us crazy… I attache the image file of project. please advice me if we have done anything wrong.
