Weird decision of themeforest (PSD template) - soft to hard after corrections

Hello guys.

We got soft rejection on PSD tempalte. we corrected it in accordance with the comments and described what has been improved. After which we received information that we are sending the same files, trying to get specific attention we received a hard rejection. I don’t understand it a bit
