Code/plugins rights to sell is acceptable?
I sold some items over internet (WordPress plugins), and I sold the rights to resell,
Can I sell these plugins on Envato market even I’m not the author?

You need to have the right to sell those items, so it depends on the agreement you have with the person you sold the rights to. Do they have full ownership, or do you still have the right to sell as well?

And it would almost definitely be a no if you’re an exclusive author, as you (or the other person) can’t sell the item anywhere other than Envato.
