I paid for my item and they have taken away my access to the item.

I paid for my item 2 weeks ago and they removed the item from my account many days ago.
After I paid for my item the money was withdrawn from my PayPal account and I got my item. A few days later the item was removed from my Envato market account and the invoice too. By the way, the invoice didn’t arrive in my email.
Now, I don’t have the item and I lost almost $80, I’ve worked with this item before but I’ve never had anything like this happen to me. I want to buy the same item for another company but I don’t know if I can trust Envato market.
Have you had the same problem?

Seems something went wrong. Contact Envato support for the details, noone here is able to help you.

I have already contacted Envato but they say they have not idea what was wrong. So, I do not know if they steal my money or what? I do not know if buy again the same item, I have done before and it worked but now I do not trust Envato Market anymore

Just wait for few more days if they’re on it to solve the problem.

If they cannot solve the problem, contact your bank and request charge-back. Your account will be blocked by it’s new, I’m assuming there’s not much things there so you could try as the last option.
