- Administrator
-teachers (Assign subjects per course, a teacher can take English courses 5,6,7 and literature 8,9,10 5,6,7) - Courses
- Students
- Courses
- Standards, Indicators to qualify (Note standard depends on at least two indicators, maximum 4)
- Absences
- Start dates and cut each academic period, to allow entry of notes.
- Printed report notes each student, showing the position occupied each student in the total course.
