I made a mistake buying the wrong plugin

I bought a plugin that does not come with all the add ons I need and I would like to change it for the complete one, I can pay the difference, but there is no way to access help here, what can I do?

If both items published from the same author then you can contact the author and request them. The author may ask you purchase the complete one first then send a refund request for the already purchased one.
