I have a problem with theme

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with theme “Warehouse - Responsive Prestashop 1.6 & 1.7 theme”.

The problem is similar to this: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/12954

PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.3
Theme: 4.3.2 (But in admin - My theme for “My” Shop it seys that my Current theme is 4.2.1 (maybe its just a bug)

When I want to change CMS sites (About us, Our Story, Contact us,…) there is ELEMENTOR button but when I click it an error is displayed (It seys: Preview not found. Make sure you added own ip in Maintenance settings)

The problem is similar to this: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/12954

It doesent help if I put my IP in maintenance box.

Please help me out.

Hi

I would like to recommend for any technical query about theme functionality the best choice will be contact theme Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased theme Author, theme author will be happy to answer your query.

Problem is, that I dont have a support anymore (1 year).

I think theme is not updated for new Prestashop update. Is this possible?

Hi

I have edited and fix the link in my post (my bad).
just go to your theme page (link in your last post) then you can use Comments/Support to contact the theme author.
