My bad, I hadn’t seen that it is indeed a video content copyright notice.
It looks like Rasada Music used the same footage in their music video and then registered their video to ContentID (including @Daniel_Dash’s footage).
They should not have registered this footage that is not theirs. @Daniel_Dash will have to regain ownership, for his buyers to be able to use this footage without getting unclearable copyright notices.
Unauthorized reproduction is a violation of applicable laws.
In order to avoid copyright infringement, please do not upload this video on your channel.
Depending on the number of tickets they receive, support may take a few days to respond. Also, I don’t think their service is open on weekends.
Have you tried contacting Rasada Music directly? They have an email. If you tell them they have no rights to claim that footage, maybe they’ll accept to release the claim for you.
I was suggesting you contact them before hearing back from the author to speed things up. Their claim is abusive and they should contact their ContentID service to clear it for you.
Of course it’s best if the author can sort it out for you, but in case they’re not responsive, going directly to the offenders may be the solution.
