I couldn't find my purchased theme

Hi guys, I purchased a theme from Envato, but now I logged in again after 3 years, I couldn’t find the downloaded theme from my account, please help! this is the theme “Life Coach”

Hi @bukitlawang,

I can’t see any collector badge in your profile. Where if you purchased any item then you should to receive collector badge. So, please make sure the original account/username you purchased the theme then try with that account.
