I can't see withdraws option in my withdraw panel

Hi, I can’t see my pending withdrawals option in my Envato Author dashboard. When I visited withdrawals option I saw,

" Payouts is currently undergoing maintenance. It will be re-enabled shortly. All your existing withdrawals will be processed as normal in March. "

Why is this show? Is it normal?

I think it has something to do with the payouts undergoing maintenance, but I wouldn’t worry too much… I have a strong feeling that it will be re-enabled shortly.
