I applied some themeforest themes on my website but why i lost ranking?

hi evanto users, I was running themisle theme on (my website) my ranking was good but when i change to ThemeForest theme IDK why i lost my ranking. is there any effect in SEO by changing theme.

Not all WordPress themes have built in SEO features, so you probably must extend the themes you are trying to use with SEO plugins.
