It looks like the slider (flickity) is causing a problem on our website. It’s allocating 1170 pixels height (same as width) for the slider to display, which clearly is too much. Would you please help us resolve this issue. Thank you!

Thank you for your quick response. I already emailed the author thrice and no response from them even though we pay extra for the support.
Please give them time to get back to you. some authors do not work or reply email on weekend. Thanks
