For example you wanna test in wp 4.1+php5.3
wp 4.1+php7? wp 3.9+php7.1RC?

For WordPress, you need to test it with the latest version. PHP versions are pretty much the same, with few differences and if it’s working with the 5.3 PHP, it should be working without any problem on the other versions as well.
