I saw my project on another site that someone sale it on his site. What the steps that should I take them to inform the Envato site.

Envato cannot do much as you own the copyright.

Send DMCA to Envato help center and report it to the admin of that site

Don’t send a DMCA to Envato unless you want your item mistakenly taken down from the Marketplace! If anyone, you want to send the DMCA to this other site… but start with the links Charlie posted.
