How to manage the code and structure of template as a themeForest seller beginner ?

I am beginner here !
I am very interested to sell my template .I started write html code 3 years ago .Although I don’t have experienced in freelancing .So if I sell my one page (home page) design on themeForest ,
how should I manage my folder structure and which things I need to avoid ? Kindly suggest me !!!

Make a hierarchy of separate folder. e.g

css folder
js folder e.t.c
except html folder
